DSPE-PCB 兩性甜菜堿聚合物膠束

描述：

使用兩性甜菜堿聚合物膠束(DSPE-PCB)來模擬衣殼病毒的表面特征(圖1a)，并封裝模型蛋白。聚羧酸甜萊堿(PCB)通過質子輔助氨基酸轉運蛋白1(PAT1)穿透上皮細胞層(圖1b)。PAT1可以促進甜菜堿和甜菜堿衍生物滲透到上皮細胞層。

Because of the sharp contrast in polarity between the superhydrophilic tail and the superhydrophobic head of DSPE–PCB 5K, its micelles stabilize docetaxel at extremely dilute conditions, at which conventional micelles dissociate. In vivo, the ultrastability of the formulation enables a larger amount of drug to reach the tumour through the enhanced permeability and retention effect.
