The sample containing azide was prepared in the reaction buffer. DBCO conjugate was added to the sample containing azide. It is recommended to add a limiting reagent of 1 mole equivalent to the 1.5-3.0 mole equivalent of the abundance reagent. The reaction was incubated at 4 ℃ at room temperature for 2-4 hours or 2-12 hours. The reaction can now be purified.
