此系列產(chǎn)品為介孔二氧化硅包覆上轉(zhuǎn)換納米顆粒。材料組成為NaYREF4 (RE:Yb, Er, Tm, Gd, Mn, Lu),激發(fā)波長為975 nm。敏化離子為Yb3+,激活離子為Er3+或Tm3+。通過調(diào)節(jié)各離子摻雜濃度,產(chǎn)品在特定波長的發(fā)光已得到優(yōu)化。納米顆粒粒徑均一,發(fā)光量子效率高,光穩(wěn)定性好。該產(chǎn)品不僅可以很好地分散在水介質(zhì)中,由于介孔SiO2的強(qiáng)吸附能力,產(chǎn)品可以直接作為光敏劑和其他藥物的載體,因而可直接用于基于上轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)的光動(dòng)力療法以及**藥物和生物分子的光控遠(yuǎn)程釋放。
This product contains mesoporous silica coated NaYREF4 (RE:Yb, Er, Tm, Gd, Mn, Lu) nanospheres. The UCNs can be well dispersed in aqueous media.The sensitizer is Yb3+, and the activator is Er3+ or Tm3+. The doping concentrations are optimized, leading to strong upconverted emissions at specific wavelengths. The UCNs are of high quantum efficiency and very photostable.
Due to the adsorption capacity of mesoporous layer, these nanospheres can be used as nanocarriers of photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy and of biomolecules in photoactivation triggered by near infrared light.
